Every message is read by a person. For anything about a purchase, the steps below are usually quicker.
Getting a subscription back
Sheeps has no user name or password: your account lives on your phone. After changing phones or reinstalling, go through the welcome screens to the subscription screen and tap “Restore purchases”. Apple then hands your Sheeps Plus subscription back to the app.
Changing or cancelling Sheeps Plus
The subscription is managed by Apple, not by Sheeps. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sheeps. Auto-renewal has to be switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Sheeps cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Credits
- One credit is five minutes of finished story, so a 15-minute story costs three.
- Each renewal of Sheeps Plus refills your balance to the plan’s allowance: 30 credits a month, or 360 a year on the annual plan. Unused subscription credits do not carry over.
- Credit packs are one-off purchases. They are added to your balance in full and never expire; a renewal tops your balance up to the allowance, so pack credits you still hold count towards it.
- If a story fails to be made, the credits it took are returned automatically.
Refunds
Every purchase in Sheeps is made through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
In the app, open More on the Home screen and choose “Delete account”. This erases your stories, your credits and everything you told Sheeps, and the app starts over. It does not cancel a subscription — do that in your Apple Account first if you are leaving.
Something wrong with a story?
If a story contained something from your avoid list, played badly, or never arrived, write to us with its title and roughly when it played. That is enough for us to find it.
